Working at a financial institution requires seriousness of money management but who said we couldn’t have fun while doing it?
In December 2017 the Marketing Team shared our first ever “Marketing Update”. Inspired by SNL, my team and I put on wigs and fake mustaches and delivered the OE Federal employees a weird, yet hilarious quarterly marketing update. The update highlighted what we had been working on for the quarter and the successes of some primary marketing campaigns.
As things evolved we were able to involve employees from various departments to participate in the filming of our Quarterly Marketing Updates; bringing forth a touch of fun and silliness to a serious industry.
